Multidisciplinary STEM mission: Closed-loop ecosystems, botanical oxygen cycles, and planetary survival on a Mars habitat.
Students embark on an ambitious expedition to Mars. Under extreme extraterrestrial conditions, they must solve complex ecological challenges to cultivate a sustainable greenhouse biosphere before oxygen supplies deplete!
Curricular focus centers on environmental science, closed-loop ecosystems, photosynthesis, and climate balance.
Developed in partnership with Vitenparken science center as a captivating interactive experience for science classes.
Suitable for grades 8–10 and high school, running approximately 45–60 minutes in collaborative team formats.
